Exercising and the right diet is the best way to get fit. When you exercise it allows you to lose and firm extra fat. I believe that if you exercise regularly on a daily basis you will get fitter. In addition, I believe that exercising and eating the correct diet is the best and most healthy way to lose fat and maintain a healthy lifestyle. According to Fitness Trainer Gene Tunney "Exercise should be regarded as a tribute to the heart." I believe that physical activity is an important way to prevent heart disease and stroke. I think that exercising provides you with a healthy and happy lifestyle because not only does exercising improve your fitness but it also sends out happy morphines making you more uplifted and cheerful. In conclusion, I believe when you exercise and eat a proper diet, in time, you will get fitter and healthier.
